Fabrik Emporium proudly presents Quilts For Vets Quilt Show and Country Fair. This event will take place at the Fabrik Emporium, 2014 Old Beech Creek Rd. Waynesboro on September 23rd from 10 am until 2 pm. They will be honoring all Wayne County Korean War Veterans with musical demonstrations and entertainment. Pickin' Crows, Gospel Singer Murray Paul Gordon will be performing and Dennis McMaster will play a patriotic music tribute on the bagpipes. Special Dignitaries will be in attendance, including Steve Allbright, Senior Advisor to Marsha Blackburn, State Representative David Byrd and Wayne County Executive Jim Mangubat. There will be vendor’s tables with local community organizations as well as area small businesses and crafters. The 50 quilts that will be distributed on Veteran’s Day will be displayed.
